At The Wig Company, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your wig or hairpiece isn't the perfect fit or color, you may return it within 30 days of the original ship date provided it remains in its original, salon-fresh condition.

Return Process

  Verify Condition

  Ensure the wig has not been worn, cut, styled, or altered, and remains in its original packaging with all tags and hair nets attached.

  Complete the Return Form

  Fill out the Return/Exchange section located on the back of your original packing slip to indicate your preference for a refund or a new style.

• 3.
  Package and Label

  Securely pack the items in a sturdy box and use the pre-printed return shipping label included in your original order for convenient processing.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number until your refund or exchange has been fully processed.
